Multi-agent issue triage, MVP to production
A multi-agent system built on Airtable that pulls signal from social media, customer care, in app feedback, and bug reports, then triages and reports on every customer issue in near real time. I built the MVP solo, then led product in partnership with engineering managers and developers to take it to production. Result: automated the equivalent of 6 FTEs of work, 5x the throughput, and cut triage time to under an hour.
